ROWHOUSES LINKÖPING

 

 

Our proposal for a rowhouse area in a land allocation competition in Vikingstad, outside of Linköping. The project consists of two house types that vary in size and in the design of the facade panel.

 

To keep construction costs down, only standard windows and doors have been used and both the frame and the facade are made of wood. The site plan has been inspired by the garden city with lush gardens and frequent entrances to the street.
